Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (32 oz.) frozen bags hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw out potatoes before using!!!
    Mix all ingredients together, except saving out 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or 1 hour at 350\u00b0. One-half hour before done, sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top.
