Easy Stuffing For Poultry Or Any Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread (white, rye, wheat or rolls)
    1 c. onions, cut small
    1 c. celery, cut small
    1 c. peeled mushrooms, cut small
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. half and half cream or milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick margarine or 4 Tbsp. softened margarine
    1/2 c. crushed nuts
    1 c. peeled and cored apples, cut small
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and rinse quickly under hot water. Do not soak the bread.
    Put into large mixing bowl.
    Add all ingredients and stir, mixing well.
    Place into buttered pan that will hold all the ingredients.
    Place foil over the dish and seal well at the edges. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
