Nova Scotia Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    4 onions chopped
    2 sticks of butter (1/2 lb.)
    4 pieces of white bread without crust, broken up into small pieces
    1 pkg. summer savory (approx 4 Tbsp.)
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash with butter. Add onions, salt, pepper, bread and summer savory.
    Use to stuff turkey. Any remainder can be placed in a casserole and baked at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    The summer savory is the secret ingredient that makes it special.
