Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

piece of butter size of an egg
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
1 pkg. pecans, cut up small
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, add syrup, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add nut meats, or spread on bottom of shell. Pour syrup mixture over nuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven until crust is browned to satisfaction.
