Cornbread Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cornbread, baked with onion and celery in batter (1/2 c. each chopped onion and celery)
sliced or chopped chicken or turkey
sage to taste
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crumble cornbread and mix with sage and pepper (be sure to taste).
Add enough broth to make a moist stuffing.
Layer half of stuffing in casserole dish.
Add chicken and then layer chopped eggs.
Mix sour cream and soup and pour over all.
Top with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
