Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of chicken soup in a bowl.
Mix well.
Place chips in 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover chips with pieces of chicken, pouring the mixture of tomatoes and soup over this.
Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Best when eaten hot.
