Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp corn syrup
    1 tbsp margarine
    5 tbsp water
    2 cup whole pecans
Preparation
    In a 2 quart sauce pan combine ingredients including pecans. Boil to soft ball stage 238\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir rapidly until gloss is lost.
    Drop onto wax paper by teaspoons.
    Let harden.
