Souvalaki(Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Greek oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Accent
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork, beef, lamb or turkey, cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Marinade:
    Mix oil, lemon juice, Greek oregano, salt, garlic powder, Accent, and pepper.
