Hot Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 can creamed corn
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
5 chopped scallions
2 chopped red hot peppers
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add green pepper, scallions and red peppers.
Add creamed corn, buttermilk and eggs. Stir to blend.
Fold in grated cheese, leaving some to be sprinkled on top.
In an oiled baking pan, add mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
