Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix filling ingredients in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
    Cool completely.
