Lemon Flake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    1 large or 2 small pkg. lemon jello
    2 pt. vanilla ice cream
    coconut
Preparation
    Put the water and lemon juice on fire and bring to a boil. Add the jello to this; stir until dissolved and cool.
    When beginning to congeal, mix in the ice cream.
    Mix with electric mixer until ice cream is smooth.
    Add a handful of coconut.
    Pour into shell; sprinkle with coconut on top.
    Refrigerate.
