Chicken-Pepperidge Farm Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 half chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    6 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 c. broth
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water to cover for 1 1/2 hours. Cut up and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken.
    Heat broth and butter to boiling and pour over stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
