Bunuelos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Masa Trigo (flour tortilla mix)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    canola oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Heat oil to frying temperature.
    Put tortilla mix in a bowl.
    Add egg and warm water; mix to a consistency where it can be rolled (harder than pie crust).
    (Hint:
    Add water slowly; you may need only 1/4 cup of water.)
    Roll dough as thin as you can; cut in four.
    Fry in hot oil until brown.
    Put in tray and add/shake sugar and cinnamon to cover pastry.
