Helen'S Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    3 tsp. salt
    3 c. plain flour
    1 egg
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    7 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat milk, water, salt, sugar and oil until hot to touch.
    Mix in bowl the flour, egg and yeast.
    Pour hot mixture into dry mixture.
    Add more flour (up to 3 cups) until mixture is no longer sticky.
    Let double in bowl for 1 hour.
    Cut into rolls and oil both sides of rolls in pan.
    Let rolls double 1 to 2 hours.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until brown or bake as loaves at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
