Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vinegar
    4 pkg. meat marinade mix
    2/3 c. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 c. water
    7 1/2 oz. soy sauce
    2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper (ground peppercorns coarsely ground are best)
    deer meat
Preparation
    Slice deer in thin strips and marinate 24 hours covered in refrigerator.
    Take out; pat dry with paper towels.
    Place on rack in dehydrator and dry until all the moisture is gone.
