Sugarless Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. raisins
8 tsp. powdered sweetener
1/2 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. baking powder
Preparation

In blender, put water, liquid from pumpkin and oil.
Add chopped dates and let stand 30 minutes or longer.
Blend ingredients.
Gradually add nuts, raisins and egg whites.
When completely blended, pour in large mixing bowl and add other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until done.
