Helen'S Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
    Boil in water until tender. If necessary, drain off excess water, leaving enough to cover potatoes.
    Mix together tomato paste and sour cream.
    Stir mixture into potatoes and cook enough to blend and thicken.
    Excellent served with meat loaf or hamburgers.
