Never Fail Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend the eggs and add the sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
    Gradually stir in the milk to which the butter has been added.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Pour in unbaked crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Test with knife in center.
    Cool and chill in refrigerator.
