Pork Tenderloin Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 whole pork tenderloins
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine water, mustard and soy sauce.
    Brush tenderloins with the mustard mixture and oil.
    Place tenderloins, fat side up, on a rack, in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done.
    Baste meat while baking.
    Serves 6.
