Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken thighs
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of celery soup
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 onion, diced
black pepper to taste
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
16 oz. spaghetti
Preparation

Boil chicken until done. Cool and shred. Set aside chicken and the broth. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Combine mushroom and celery soup in big pot. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, then add mushrooms and onions. Add Velveeta cheese until melted. Boil chicken broth and cook spaghetti until done. Drain and add spaghetti and chicken to your mixture. Mix well and serve.
