Foglio Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (46 oz.) cans chicken broth
    cooked, shredded white meat from 1 large chicken
    5 ribs celery, finely chopped
    2 lb. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 bunch chopped parsley
Preparation
    Put broth, white meat, celery and parsley in a large soup pot and cook for 30 minutes.
    Mix thawed spinach, eggs and cheese and drop into boiling soup.
    Cook for 15 more minutes.
