Shrimp And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk
6 slices buttered bread
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
10 oz. canned medium shrimp
Preparation

Mix together eggs, soup and milk.
Place 2 slices of bread at bottom of greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Lay slice of cheese on each bread slice; layer with half the shrimp.
Add salt & pepper. Make another layer, ending with bread and cheese.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until brown and puffy.
Can also be made with tuna or chicken.
