Liz'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 boxes broccoli rice au gratin
2 1/2 lb. ground beef (hamburger or even turkey, but use at least 1 lb. hamburger when using turkey)
1 (24 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato salsa sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 (3 c.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
paprika seasoning to taste (approximately 1 tsp.)
8 to 10 medium-sized peppers (use variation of colors for better effect)
1/2 c. instant rice
2 Tbsp. dried sweet pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat and drain excess fat juices.
Cook rice according to instructions and add instant rice during preparation.
Put in large pot all remaining ingredients with meat and rice mixture. Cook for about 1/2 hour on medium temperature.
