1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter and nut flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening for 10 minutes at high speed.
Add unbeaten eggs and mix well (about 2 minutes).
Add milk alternately with flour.
Add flavor and mix well.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
