Hidden Valley Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Red potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. Sliced green onions
    1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, mixed with 1 large tub sour cream.
    Paprika or pepper, optional
    Chives, optional
    Bacon, cooked and chopped
Preparation
    While potatoes are still warm, gently toss with onions, bacon and salad dressing. Dust with pepper or paprika, garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
    Serves 4-6.
