Poppy Seed Bread(From Anne Willems) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
