Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes until done.
    Heat cream, milk and butter; reserve 1/4 cup.
    Combine potatoes and cream mixture. Whip until smooth and spoon into lightly buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    About 2 hours before serving, remove and pour reserved cream mixture over the potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 6.
