Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs to blend.
    Add salad oil, sugar and vanilla. Continue beating mixture until thick and foamy.
    Stir in shredded zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, raisins and nuts.
    Stir gently into zucchini mixture until blended.
    Divide batter between 2 greased and flour dusted 5 x 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes. Turn out on wire rack.
    May be wrapped in foil and put in deep freeze.
