Ham, Cheese And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. dry milk powder
4 medium potatoes (2 lb.), thinly sliced
2 to 3 c. cooked ham, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended; gradually stir in milk and dry milk powder.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
In a 2-quart greased casserole, layer half the potatoes, ham cubes and sauce.
Repeat layers and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
