Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Bring broth to a boil.
Lower the heat, then add green onions and mushrooms.
Slowly pour in beaten eggs while stirring the soup.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
