Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (40 oz.) sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. warm milk
    pinch of salt
    brown sugar to taste
    marshmallows (mini marshmallows work best)
Preparation
    Heat and drain sweet potatoes.
    Mash and add butter, beaten egg, warm milk, salt and brown sugar.
    Whip with electric mixer until fluffy. Put in buttered casserole dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
