Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground round or sirloin
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs (more if needed)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large bowl and shape into 2-inch balls.
    Do not roll between hands too long, it will make them tough.
    Place meatballs on ungreased flat pan or cookie sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until browned.
    Remove from oven using slotted spoon.
    Put into sauce and cook for 1 hour longer.
