Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cheese crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers.
    Spread in long casserole dish and top with crushed cheese crackers which have been mixed with margarine or top with cheese crackers, plain.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
