Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 small head cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Shape sausage into 6 patties, brown and drain.
    Add cabbage, cover and cook until cabbage begins to brown.
    Add water and salt and cook done (about 10 minutes).
    Serves 3 to 4.
