Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. chopped green pepper
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. macaroni
Preparation
    Brown beef, green pepper and onion in fat.
    Add tomatoes and beans.
    Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Add macaroni and mix well.
    Cook on high until steaming freely and then simmer for 40 minutes.
