Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix into stiff dough.
    Divide into 2 pieces and shape into rounds.
    Prick the top with a fork and put in a greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
