Butter Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pkg. butter beans
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    garlic salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    paprika
    1/3 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Simmer butter beans in water with bacon fat.
    Saute carrot, onion and celery in margarine; add to beans.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, salt and mustard.
    Stir well.
    Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 40 minutes.
