Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (boneless)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Lightly brown pork chops.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix soup, water, rice, 3/4 cup cheese, onion and mushrooms; pour over chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    (I usually just bake for 1 hour.)
    Cover with remaining cheese, leave uncovered and place back in oven to melt cheese.
