No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    4 drops yellow food color
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped or Dream Whip
    pineapple slices or maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix gelatin, 3/4 cup sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Beat milk and egg yolks together.
    Add gelatin mixture.
    Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
    Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
