Short Cut Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. bell pepper
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. sausage, well seasoned
2 green onions
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
seasoned pepper
Preparation

Drain 1 can beans.
Cut sausage into circles.
Fry; add onions, bell pepper and lower part of green onions and saute.
Add beans, tomato sauce, garlic and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with pepper.
Stir over medium heat to blend mixture.
Lower heat; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and onion top, and serve over rice.
