Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    2 c. bread crumbs
    6 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Flake salmon and combine with bread crumbs.
    Add mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese and milk, blend well.
    Add eggs and melted butter.
    Place mixture in a well-greased loaf pan; dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven
    about 30 minutes.
