Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; stir in 1 cup flour, sugar and salt. Add egg and oil; stir until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour. Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides.
    Cover with plastic wrap and towel.
    Let rise until more than double (about 1 hour). Punch down.
    Roll to fit 16-inch pizza pan.
    Brush with oil.
    Bake (without toppings) on lowest rack, at 450\u00b0, for 3 minutes.
