Yummy Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. lemon instant Jell-O pudding
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
    2 c. milk (regular)
    graham cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese until soft.
    Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy.
    Add remaining milk and the pudding mix; beat slowly with eggbeater or wire whip for 1 minute.
    Do not overbeat!
    Pour into baked and cooled graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham crumbs over top to make it extra crunchy.
    Chill and serve.
    Takes only 15 minutes to make.
