Ingredients

4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. margarine
1 c. oil
1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Cream margarine, sugars and oil; beat with mixer until very light.
Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating.
Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
Refrigerate overnight.
