Georgia'S Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yellow squash, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 or 4 cucumbers, sliced
    1 small pkg. radishes, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    dash of dill weed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables and toss lightly.
    Combine all other ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Chill for 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Drain and serve.
