Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. cheese
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. hot pepper
    1/4 c. pimento
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
