Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. chopped pimento, drained
    1 can fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw veggies and drain.
    Mix with soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake another 5 minutes. Can be microwaved on high 4 minutes, turn and microwave another 4 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and microwave on high 1 minute.
