Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients; beat 20 strokes.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Pat into 1 large or 2 small greased pan with floured fingers.
