Barbecue Sauce For Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green peppers
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In 1-quart casserole, combine onion, celery, green peppers and butter.
    Stir in tomato sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper sauce.
    Serve over barbecued or broiled burgers, pork chops or chicken (after cooking for 5 to 10 minutes).
