Mama'S Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    2/3 c. cubed ham
    2/3 c. cubed Swiss cheese
    milk and egg mixture
    Old English bread crumbs
Preparation
    Halve and debone breasts.
    Combine ham and cheese.
    Find the opening or pocket in the meat and fill with the mixed ham and cheese.
    Dip each in a mixture of milk and egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes or until done. Excellent with Saffron rice and green salad.
